South Bend Bears Youth Lacrosse provides lacrosse instruction, youth league play, and high school competition for children between 2nd and 12th grade in the South Bend / Michiana Area.

Schedule for the week:

Monday (1/30, 4:30-5:30PM) - team lift at Primal Fitness

Tuesday (1/31, 4:45-5:45PM) - indoor practice at Rise Up Academy

Wednesday (2/1, 4:30-5:30PM) - team lift at Primal Fitness

Thursday (2/2, 4:45-5:45PM) - indoor practice at Rise Up Academy

Friday/Saturday - off

Sunday (2/5, 12:30-2PM) - box lacrosse at Zone 22

 

Other miscellanous things:

2.  Recruitment - we're sitting at 19 guys with goal of 25.  Let's close the deal on some of those guys who are interested, but haven't registered yet.

3.  Captains - we will be electing captains this week at Tuesday practice.  Each player will submit names of up to 3 players that they think would make a good captain.  Coaches will tally up.

*if weather is good, we will move outside to Brown Intermediate (737 Beale St, South Bend, IN 46616) - this decision will be made and communicated by 1PM on day of*

 

Other miscellaneous items:

1.  Gear - please notify coaches ASAP if you have any gear needs, any outdoor practices will be in full gear.  If you don't have everything, now's the time to get it together.

2.  Numbers - I will be assigning numbers this week.  Please send me any number requests (with a backup).  Preference will be given to returning players who want to retain their number, followed by older players who are new or changing numbers.  

3.  Goals - we'd like all of you to start thinking about personal and team goals for the season.  Communicate these to coaches during practice in the next 2 weeks.
